David Isbell has over 52 years of expertise in Structural, Civil, and Geotechnical Engineering. He founded Isbell Engineering Group, Inc. in 1977, building a reputation for quality through his hard work and integrity. David holds both a B.S. and M.S. in Civil Engineering with a focus on Structural Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. He is also a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers.

Justin brings over 20 years of structural engineering design experience, specializing in buildings and structures made of steel, concrete, masonry, timber, and cold-form metal framing. He has designed municipal, commercial, residential, industrial, and educational facilities. His expertise includes creating detailed designs, plans, specifications, and cost estimates, reviewing construction documents for code compliance and coordination with other disciplines, and conducting field investigations and construction observations for new and renovated facilities.

Jeff brings over 24 years of geotechnical engineering and foundation design experience, having overseen numerous subsurface investigations, foundation designs, and deep foundation projects. His expertise covers shallow and deep foundation systems, post-construction evaluations, soil densification, and construction management. He has worked on foundations for bridges, equipment, oil/gas facilities, public and commercial projects, and has managed designs for municipalities, transportation, athletic, and educational facilities.
